The previous site was an unfinished WordPress: broken links, placeholder text, and poor architecture. I rebuilt it from scratch, including UX analysis, new design, and HTML/CSS/JS development. The client uses it in production, and my signature is in the footer.
Three platforms with different interfaces and two separate logins, resulting from a corporate acquisition. I designed the hub that unified them, including a Design System from scratch, achieving a 24% improvement in satisfaction.
There was no digital self-service channel. I designed an application for 27" touch kiosks in supermarket branches, aimed at users with basic digital literacy. It reached almost all the branches in Santiago.
